The Kraft Large Platter Base (452 × 342 × 78mm) is designed for professional caterers, delis, sandwich shops and food-to-go businesses that need strength, presentation and hygiene in one reliable platter solution.
Manufactured with double-walled sides for extra rigidity, this platter base comfortably supports large sandwich selections, buffet food, party platters and corporate catering orders without bending or collapsing during handling or transport.
Built-in pop-out handles allow for safe and hygienic lifting and carrying — especially useful during busy preparation, service and delivery environments.
This large platter base is part of a versatile interchangeable system. Compatible sleeves and lids fit securely to protect contents during storage and food delivery, while the small and extra small light bases can be used as ½ and ¼ inserts within this tray to create mixed platters without food types touching.
Supplied flat packed for efficient storage, the platter base is also recyclable once any windows from sleeves or lids are removed, supporting environmentally responsible catering operations.
