We will be closing for a short break over Christmas. Closed from Wed 24th Dec - Monday 5th January 2026. Orders placed online during this period will be dispatched on the 29th & 30th December or when we return to normal service on the 5th January.
Last local deliveries around Newcastle & Northumberland will be on the 22nd and 23rd December. Please place orders by the 18th / 19th at the latest.
Delivery Charge £7.95 + Vat. This charge is for deliveries to standard UK postcodes. Please see below for 'non-standard' areas. Exclusions include Northern Ireland and some areas of the Highlands (see below).

Delivery Time | Current estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days for DPD, haulier/pallet deliveries are 3-4 working days. Orders placed after 2pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Bank Holiday Orders | Will be processed on the Next Working Day.

Local Delivery | If you are a local business (Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Sunderland, or Durham) you may be eligible for free delivery. Delivery dates and times are subject to the driver’s schedule and a minimum order charge of £40.00 excluding VAT applies. We deliver daily around the region, contact us for more information:

DPD Deliveries | Tracking information will be sent to you via text or email generated by the DPD delivery portal as and when your order has been dispatched. Failed deliveries will be re-attempted on one further occasion on behalf of DPD. If this were to fail again, the items will be returned to sender where we will issue you a refund for your goods, excluding any outbound & inbound delivery charges for the consignment being returned to R&R Packaging Ltd. ** please note, all deliveries to PO boxes are unavailable.
Haulier/Palletised Deliveries | Large palletised orders may incur additional delivery charges. Please enquire for more information. Tracking information will be available upon request after dispatch of the order.
Out Of Stock Items | If any of your ordered items become out of stock, we will let you know immediately and offer an alternative, refund, or estimated time of delivery of the replenished stocks.
